Abstract

This article aims to provide a comprehensive explanation of the jurisprudence of contemporary reality, addressing its fundamental, jurisprudential, cognitive, and intellectual aspects. It explores associated concepts, and illustrates how scholars, jurists, preachers, and researchers can benefit from this topic. It present a vision that clarifies the foundations of this jurisprudence, connecting it to contemporary times with all its sciences and problems. This connection necessitates additional efforts by jurists to understand new developments in these sciences before issuing fatwas. This article is divided into four sections. The first section is devoted to the linguistic and terminological foundations of the concept of jurisprudence of reality. The second section addresses the contemporary problem and its jurisprudential discourse. The third section discusses the legal and social necessities of the jurisprudence of reality. Finally, the fourth section focuses on various issues related to the jurisprudence of contemporary reality.
